Individual Therapy

Our primary service is individual therapy for adults with complex mental illness or sudden life changes. Our therapist will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan. When we do therapy, we do everything together. Your therapist will be your collaborator, but places you in the lead of your own treatment. We believe that our clients are the ultimate experts in their own lives, which means we are there to support them in their journey, not there to tell them what to do.

What types of therapy do you use?

Most therapy is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, but we prefer a CBT-informed approach. That means that we use the time-tested interventions that are part of the CBT packet, but we employ them in a dynamic way that fits your needs

Our therapist is also trained in Internal Family Systems-informed therapy. This novel therapy is the fastest-growing therapeutic intervention in the field and works well for individuals struggling with trauma.

In October 2025, we will be able to offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy to further help our clients with trauma improve their daily lives.

Our clients come from a variety of diverse backgrounds, but we specialize in clients with complex mental health issues. This includes the following challenges:
